My first day started after a night spent at the Newark Airport Marriott. A lot of that morning was spent trying to navigate my way from Newark to NYC. The Air Train, that is supposed to be a direct connection is under construction. So that made navigating the public transport a bit difficult.

After I eventually made it to Penn Station I spent some time wandering around and exploring that part of town. Later in the afternoon I was able to check into my apartment and get rid of my bags. I then went for a traditional Phillips dinner at Panda Express.
